When L&D business founders don’t have time for marketing, I build systems that drive visibility and credibility, so they can move their business forward with confidence.
“Most founders have a laundry list of amazing ideas, but lack the time, structure, and sometimes clarity to turn those ideas into consistent, effective marketing.”
BACKGROUND
Built inside the L&D industry.
Before focusing on marketing strategy, I spent over a decade working in Learning & Development across both academic and corporate environments.
I’ve led global training initiatives, partnered with executive stakeholders, and built scalable programs from the ground up. My experience spans the full lifecycle of L&D, including instructional design, facilitation, sales enablement, and program strategy.
I find that marketing in this space only works when it reflects how L&D services are actually experienced.

THE REAL PROBLEM
Where most L&D marketing breaks down.
Many business owners believe they need to talk about their product more often. In reality, what drives traction is credibility.
Your audience is not evaluating you based on how frequently you promote your offering. They’re evaluating whether you consistently demonstrate an understanding of their challenges, their language, and their environment.
The shift from promotion to credibility is where most marketing efforts either gain traction or stall.
MY ROLE
Three things clients bring me in to do.
01
Audit what already exists
Identify what’s working and where the gaps are — before building anything new.
02
Define a clear content strategy
Grounded in how their audience searches, evaluates, and makes decisions.
03
Build a system for consistent execution
Across website, email, and LinkedIn — so marketing runs with or without them in it.
Direction without execution doesn’t create results. And execution without direction creates noise.
– FRANKIE ROBINSON
01
A Clear Direction
No more guessing what to post, send, or say. Every piece of content has a purpose and a place in a bigger strategy.
02
Content Strategy & Creation
Marketing that runs consistently — not just when there’s time or energy left over after the real work is done.
03
Confident Presence
Show up as the voice your audience already trusts, so that when they’re ready to act, the next step with you feels natural.
