I love a good conversation about work… our career choices, the unexpected hurdles, and winding path along the way. The conversations where someone starts talking about what they actually do, and twenty minutes later, you can see their excitement in their mannerisms and and hear how much they care in their voice.
Then, I receive messages from these very same people seeking a new role and not knowing where to start.
In May 2026, I attended an event where panelists described how difficult it is to review resumes when everyone is using AI to fine-tune and edit. Out of thousands of resumes, MOST of them were flagged as a perfect fit.

Tell Me About It: your job, your experience, the things you’ve learned that don’t show up on a resume. We’ll record it, and you’ll walk away with content built around the story you actually want to tell.
How It Works
1. Share your key message(s).
Before we schedule the recording, tell me the 1-2 things you most want people to know about you. That's it. No prep, no outline required.
2. I build the conversation guide.
I turn your key messages into a handful of questions and send them to you ahead of time. Think of it as a loose map, not a script. We're not reading from it live, and I won't be announcing "question one" like a formal interview. It just means you'll know roughly where the conversation is headed.
3. We talk, you get everything.
We record for about an hour. No teleprompter, no rehearsing. Just a real conversation. Afterward, you get the raw footage. With the Ready-to-Post package, you also get two short clips with sample social captions, ready to drop straight into your feed.

How long does the session take?
About an hour for the conversation itself. Plan for a few extra minutes at the start to settle in and check your audio and video.
What do I need on my end?
A quiet space, decent lighting if you can manage it, and a stable internet connection if we’re doing this by video call. Nothing fancy required.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No, just come ready to talk about your work. Sharing your two key messages ahead of time is the only real prep.
What if I don't know what my two key messages should be?
That’s okay, I’ll help you figure it out during the 30 minute intake, or we can sort it out together in the first few minutes of the call.
Can I change my key messages after I submit them?
Yes, just let me know before we record. They’re meant to guide the conversation, not lock you into anything.
What if I want to talk about more than two things?
The conversation will naturally cover more ground than just those two points, but we’ll make sure those two get clearly addressed since that’s what the editing and clips will prioritize.
Can I use the raw footage for more than just clips?
Yes, it’s yours to use however you’d like, repost it, cut it yourself, pull quotes from it, whatever works for you.
What format will the clips be in?
Vertical, captioned, and sized for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok.
Can I get more than two clips?
Yes, additional clips are available for an extra fee.
Do you offer this for teams or as a recurring service?
