About Frankie Robinson
I started my career in education because I wanted to help people grow. Over time, I realized I could expand that impact by moving into Learning & Development strategy helping companies create the conditions for people to thrive. Today, I’m taking that vision even further: helping both businesses and individuals make meaningful progress through purposeful strategies and forward-thinking solutions.

I believe progress begins with personal empowerment, when individuals recognize their own agency and ability to create change. From there, businesses transform, cultures evolve, and leaders rise to guide growth that lasts. My work bridges those levels: helping people take purposeful steps, helping businesses design strategies that support them, and helping leaders cultivate environments where both can thrive.
The dragonfly has long been a symbol of forward movement in Japan, because it can only fly in one direction: ahead. I chose the dragonfly as my emblem not only because it represents progress, but also because it carries deep personal meaning. It has always been my mother’s favorite insect, and throughout my childhood, our home was filled with Japanese indigo-dyed textiles patterned with dragonflies. For me, the symbol reflects both heritage and philosophy: honoring where I come from while focusing on the movement forward.

I see AI not as a replacement for human potential, but as an amplifier of it. When used carefully and thoughtfully, AI can help us broaden our perspectives, reduce the biases that limit our decisions, and surface opportunities we might otherwise miss. In my work, I pair AI with human-centered strategies to support both personal and professional growth, ensuring people and businesses move forward with clarity and confidence.
As a Learning & Enablement Strategist for TrainingPros, I design strategies that align talent development with business outcomes. In my role as VP of Special Programs for ATD Greater Atlanta, I’ve also led major initiatives, including curating and delivering the flagship ACE conference.
My speaking and consulting work builds on that foundation. I’ve presented at national conferences like ACE 2024 and lead the organization of ACE 2025, And I’ve delivered tailored programs in areas such as data-driven leadership and AI-enabled learning.
What makes my approach unique is its adaptability. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Sometimes the moment calls for a data-driven framework, other times for an AI-powered tool, and often for a coaching mindset or collaborative design process. My role is to meet people where they are and help them move forward with strategies that make sense for their context.
Beyond titles and frameworks, I value integrity, empathy, and practical results. My work is about more than ideas; it’s about creating solutions that people actually use and that businesses can measure.
