Explore my Recognitions for insights into my collaborative work style and how others perceive me as both a coworker and designer. While I’m unable to share some project work due to client confidentiality or proprietary content, these acknowledgments offer insight into how I show up as a designer, consultant, and teammate.
As you will see in my CV, I’ve worked with the following companies, either as a full time training manager, web developer, or freelance media developer/instructional designer.

The Educator’s Book Club – Facebook Community
Community Engagement | Content Strategy | Social Learning Facilitation
Founded and hosted an online professional learning community that grew to over 7,000 educators at its peak. Through a balance of professional development content and personal storytelling, I cultivated a space that encouraged both reflective practice and real connection.
I designed posts and prompts that drove meaningful dialogue—many receiving dozens of comments and shares—while learning how to sustain engagement at scale through consistency, tone, and relevance.

One example post received 47 comments, representing the kind of engagement that became common when I was able to regularly nurture the community.

Podcast: This Is My Teacher Voice
Content Creation | Storytelling | Voice Development
In 2020, I launched This Is My Teacher Voice, a podcast that explored the intersection of identity, education, and purpose. While the project paused during the pandemic due to a career pivot and international relocation, it marked a formative step in my journey to clarify my voice, connect with other educators, and experiment with long-form content.
I led all aspects of the production process—from scripting, interviewing, and editing to publishing and promotion—and the lessons I gained continue to inform how I shape messaging, create learning content, and approach audience engagement today.

The goal was to offer a quick, engaging resource that teams could use to spark reflection or support onboarding.
