ATD ACE 2024 – Session Presenter: Unlocking AI's Potential: Designing Client-Specific Scenarios with ChatGPT
In this hands-on workshop, I guided participants through the power of AI to create dynamic, interactive role-play scenarios tailored to organizational needs. Attendees learned beginner-friendly prompt engineering techniques, explored both free and paid versions of ChatGPT, and left with ready-to-use prompts and a best-practices infographic to bring back to their teams.
Impact: Empowered professionals to integrate AI into training programs in innovative, practical ways leaving the session with tools they could apply immediately.
Designer & Facilitor: Data-Driven Decision-Making Workshops (2024–2025)
Designed, developed, and facilitated interactive sessions on data-driven leadership built around the three components of trust. Through a collaborative game, leaders learned how to analyze data, identify leading indicators behind outcomes, and connect behaviors to business results.
Impact: Leaders left with practical tools to link everyday management behaviors to ROI, while strengthening trust across their teams. Delivered for both Fortune 50 organization and leading healthcare firm.

Launched This Is My Teacher Voice

In 2020, I launched This Is My Teacher Voice, a podcast that explored the intersection of identity, education, and purpose. While the project paused during the pandemic due to a career pivot and international relocation, it marked a formative step in my journey to clarify my voice, connect with other educators, and experiment with long-form content.
I led all aspects of the production process—from scripting, interviewing, and editing to publishing and promotion—and the lessons I gained continue to inform how I shape messaging, create learning content, and approach audience engagement today.
